Inflammation reduction[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”193824″]TCP-25 binds specifically to and neutralizes lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and related microbial products (such as LTA, peptidoglycan, lipid A), resulting primarily in reduction of the strong inflammatory effect caused by LPS and other toxins.

Upon microbial interaction, TCP-25 forms a C-shaped structure which blocks the LPS-binding site of CD14, preventing dimerization of toll-like receptors (TLR) and inflammatory signalling. This leads to regulation of excessive levels of TNF, IL-8 and particularly IL-1ß in contaminated/infected wounds, thus promoting normal healing.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=”h3″ text_size=”h3″ sub_reduced=”yes”]B. Infection prevention[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”176140″]TCP-25 has a direct bactericidal effect caused by electrostatically binding to the bacterial cell wall and inducing lysis and bacterial death.

Furthermore, since TCP-25 does not interfere with bacterial phagocytosis, it’s usage leads to retained phagocytic clearance and reduced bacteria-induced inflammation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column column_width_percent=”100″ align_horizontal=”align_center” gutter_size=”3″ style=”light” overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ shift_y_down=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ width=”1/1″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ align_horizontal=”align_center” gutter_size=”3″ style=”light” overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ shift_y_down=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ width=”1/1″][vc_column_text text_lead=”yes”]Read more about:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_inner_height_percent=”0″ overlay_alpha=”50″ equal_height=”yes” gutter_size=”3″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ css=”.vc_custom_1571386450341{padding-right: 70px !important;padding-left: 70px !important;}”][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ align_horizontal=”align_center” gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ shift_y_down=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ width=”1/3″][vc_button button_color=”accent” radius=”btn-round” wide=”yes” outline=”yes” border_width=”0″ link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fxinnate.com%2Fknowledge-platform%2F|title:Idea||”]Knowledge Platform[/vc_button][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ align_horizontal=”align_center” gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ shift_y_down=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ width=”1/3″][vc_button button_color=”accent” radius=”btn-round” wide=”yes” outline=”yes” border_width=”0″ link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fxinnate.com%2Fpre-clinical-results%2F|title:Idea||”]Pre-Cinical results[/vc_button][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ align_horizontal=”align_center” gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ shift_y_down=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ width=”1/3″][vc_button button_color=”accent” radius=”btn-round” wide=”yes” outline=”yes” border_width=”0″ link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fxinnate.com%2Fip%2F|title:Idea||”]Intellectual property rights[/vc_button][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
